Kenshi Rewritten
27th December update: Merged 213 changes from the Kenshi Genesis mod version into this one. All are things from the base game, there should be no problems.
Completely rewrote almost the entire research tree to, hopefully, make it more immersive and less gamey, if I can say that.
Started checking dialogues for inconsistencies, missing punctuation marks and other errors.
Descriptions and dialogue lines checked: 1121
A small mod made for personal use that adds or slightly changes descriptions in Kenshi. This includes all the items where description or text is visible and can be changed. It will probably include research descriptions and dialogues in the future.
I noticed that a lot of items lack descriptions or look incomplete, so I started changing that as I stumbled upon missing descriptions. And it kind of grew from there.
A lot of items have been fiddled with, Kenshi’s tone hasn’t been changed, I just added or changed descriptions to make them fit the world. Some of them might be a bit humorous or sarcastic, but the game already had that, I just added a bit more.
I plan on changing everything I can then go through all of it again for the final version. The final goal would be to have everything more or less unified in tone and feel of Kenshi.
Also changes or adds the descriptions for some items changed or added by Interior (and Exterior) Design by Shidan. These are all already in the game, just not enabled without the mod.
This shouldn’t conflict with anything and shouldn’t require an import.
