Related mods: Unlock Research Tech, Game Rules Breakthroughs

Other Mod Options:
Breakthroughs Researched: Turn on to research instead of unlock breakthroughs.
Always Apply Options: Unlock/Research Breakthroughs whenever you load a game/start a new game (otherwise you need to press Apply in mod options).
Breakthroughs Random Order: Unlock/Research breakthroughs in a random order (default true).
