This is simply the supply potions from the awesome The Nightmare Mod. Currently upon my testing with the mod order, I hit my trinket limit and wanted to include The Nightmare Mod. However, I had so many mods with trinkets that I already liked and thought to at least include the supply potions with the buffs. Henceforth, The Nightmare Supply Potions.
