Happy to see you here! Zlewikk-MJL Multiplayer Rebalance Pack 1.10 will get your mp experience into another level! Mod not only gives a lot of Quality of Life changes for multiplayer games, but also general rebalance changes. Highlights:
-Split of China with new playable countries, ideas, missions, provinces and mechanics (courtesy of Foffy from HashMP) – {LINK REMOVED} china information sheet.
-Split of Timurids with update of ideas in the region
-Deleted Merc companies, added ‘old’ mercs in their place (but with nerfs on numbers and quality)
-General rebalance of countries dev, rulers and ideas to make more countries really playable on mp
-Added some new mission tree with some even incudling their own unique formables (Hormuz, QQ, Mamluks, Nepal, Ethiopia, Kongo/Bachwezi, South India new formable, Teutonic Order, Denmark, Sweden and Norway)
-Most of religions rebalanced for more diverse and fun experience.
-Defender of the Faith reversed. Less tags of the religion = Better tier of the DotF.
-Increased government capacity from technologies
-Decreased dev cost modifiers from jungle and Desert terrains
-Added max absolutism perk on age of absolutism and revolutions
-Prussia is now prussian blue
-Colonial regions got slightly adjusted. Peru, Cascadia(Alaska + California) and La Plata made bigger while Mexico and Brazil made smaller.
-All starting playable countries start with Feudalism
-Colonial Nations can now form countries without being independent
-Added several ideas to colonial regions formables (Cuba, Columbia, Peru, etc.)
-Nerf on nations with capital in New World (manpower/sailors recovery speed, forcelimit etc.)
-Nerf on New World and Colonial Australia provinces with dev cost and local manpower modifier.
-20% Spy Network boost for HRE playable Countries
-100 warscore with total occupation time changed from 5 years to 1 year
-Wargoal max warscore is now 35 and ticks 0.7 warscore per month
-Innovative-Quality Policy buffed to 20Infantry CA(1.28 value)
-Aristocratic-Espionage Policy buffed to 20 Cavalry CA.
-Japan ideas buffed(ideas). While Shimazu and Uesugi are clearly superior in most cases, Japanese ideas are made so they are potential alternative for more naval/colonial focused Japanese countries while still being decent(ish) at land.
-Shinto Incidents events now have explanations text for which outcome to aim for.
-Yemen ideas buffed(ideas)
-Adjusted endgame tags. Current end game tags are: Ottomans, Roman Empire, Holy Roman Empire, Rum, Russia, Papal States, Germany, Ming, Mongol Empire, New Africa formable and all chinese minors.
-Arid and Tropical development cost penalty removed
-Monsoon event penalties and movement speed removed.
-Added african formables for whole Africa called Toto.
-Ottoman can now form into Ottoman Empire and Janissaries have decisions to improve their quality.
-Added more formables: Great Moravia, North German Confederation, Austrian Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Barbary States and few others.
-Removed Revolutionary.
-Quality of Life changes like: can ally nations even with -200 relations, can declare wars on regency, no prestige hit from denying call to arms, can seize lands from estates while at war and many, many other
-Barrage cost lowered from 50 to 35.
-Assault cost lowered from 5 to 0.
-Sale of Titles now possible while having rebels.
-Reducing War Exhaustion cost lowered from 75 to 50.
-Temple/Cathedral building buffed to 50/100 local tax(from 40/60).
-Coastal defences/naval batteries attrition 0/5 to 5/10.
-Being bankrupt gives -75% Mercenary FL now.
-Show Strength counts to Humiliate Rival age objective.
-Suez and Panama canals are now constructed at the start of the game. Both are set on Tier 0.
-Province Autonomy Change button cooldown 30->15 years(that includes also +/- unrest modifier that comes with it)
-Added more coal to the map where it was missing. To be more specific here is the list of starting countries with additional coal: Khmer, Vijanagar, Kutch, Afghanistan, Uzbek, Kazan, Hormuz, Mamluks, Morocco, Sweden, Mali, Kanem Bornu, Rwanda, Janjiro and uncolonised province between Kongo and Butua.
-Added multiple straits across the map
-Reworked Oirat and steppes region, making Choros the main playable country there
-Added new provinces to steppes, Korea and Africa
-Reworked (mostly nerfed) Colonial goverments
-Reworked Africa map by removing Congo Basin and South Africa wastelands (making them colonizable) and added new nations there, and around it, as well. One of which is Swazi, that is playable and has its own unique mission tree and special government to reform into. Playable are also Bagirmi and Mangbetu.
Quality of Life:
-Dev Click counter added to the game(courtesy of Arumba).
-Subjugation/Conquest of Rome triggered modifiers removed.
-Removing rivals cooldown decreased from 25 to 15 years
-Removing rivals cost removed
-Disinherit cost reduced from 50 to 25 prestige
-You can Disinherit while having at least -25 prestige
-Abandon core cost removed.
-Abandon union cost removed.s
-Papal Subjugation and Occupation of Rome triggered modifier penalties ai only now.
-Return Rome Papal event will not trigger for players
-Minimum relations required to ally changed to -200
-No dishonorable peace out penalty
-No prestige penalty on refusing CTA
-Can declare wars while in regency
-Can seize land from estates even while at war
-Ai will no longer trigger generic missions if the country is a colonial nation or was a player before
-Religious zeal modifier from -100% to -10% missionary strength.
-Colonial nations can form former colonial nations even if they are subject
-Colonial nations can only colonize provinces inside their colonial region
-Colonial nations cannot move capital outside of their colonial region
-Added event that resets stability, corruption and all government reforms(beside t1) for colonies. Event triggers right after the player sits on a colony for the first time and can trigger only once.
– All starting playable countries and newly released countries gain -40% Privateer Efficiency Debuff.
-Minimum Policy time 10->5 years
-Morale/Discipline Advisor events now can be rejected with 20year cooldown.
Mercenaries:
-Reworked Banners to work similar to 1.28 mercs. Banners are now available to all players. It’s force limit is based on 20 + 15%FL formula(opposed to 20+30% in 1.28 vanilla). Banners are created instantly, but with 100strenght(10% of the regiment), don’t use manpower and recrutation of it cost 2corruption/FL (so country with 100 forcelimit has mercs that cost 0.02 corruption). Important to note is that above 400 force limit the merc cost is 0. Their maintenance is 300%, they have 5% discipline less than normal units and extra 25% reinforce speed(meaning they reinforce faster than normal units)
-Players can no longer recruit Mercenary Companies(If a player managed to get one, hes gonna get an event disbanding those mercs).
