Historical Units: Crusaders ( Updated for Grim & Grom update )
Hello there,
Welcome to my mod that adds historical units. This one particular adds Crusader knights of various orders. Templars, Hospitalier, etc. Units might not look 100% like they should but I still trying to tweak their textures when I can.
Why on Earth would someone make a mod that adds Templars and other knights for Warhammer fantasy? Well, That is what happens when you watch Both seasons of Knightfall in one go. Very good show and after that, I just went to do this mod.
UPDATE 28/04/2020
All units should be now available to all Bretonnian factions.
3 New units
– Teutonic Knights – heavy infantry with charge defense. And they have their unique crests.
– Teutonic cavalry – heavy/ shock/ anti-infantry cavalry. Fast and relentless.
– Teutonic Sergeants – Halberd infantry – slightly better halberdiers
BALANCE
– adjusted cost and upkeep for all cavalry units. Now all cavalry has upkeep 300 + and the cost is +/- 1400
– Templar Sergeants now need smithy.
– Weapons strength adjusted for all knight units.
– upkeep also adjusted for Sergeants. They are now more expensive than men at arms.

– need to make Teutonic units available for Empire.
