Description:

The Elektroapparat factory is a real life factory located in old Leningrad. It produces electric components for the heavy and energy industry.
Originally set up by German Capitalists in the late 19th Century, it was gloriously
confiscated by the Revolution and given its current name in 1922. In the 1930s the old buildings were demolished and the modern factory was built in their place.

This mod tries to reproduce the street-side facades with high fidelity, while the yard side is improvised for the most part, due to lack of documentation.
The building has 1 road access, 2 pedestrian, 3 factory connections, 3 parking slots.
Employs 200 workers and 20 engineers.
Like its vanilla counterpart it takes plastics, chemicals, and steel, and produces electric components. Respective storage capacity is 25t, 25t, 45t for the input, and 40t for the output.
