Description:
*IMPORTANT*

You will need to spawn this with a mission, preferably further away for any land or spawn areas, as this will result in the least lag.

Introduction

The MKS Beluga is my latest and biggest project to date. The ship is 56 meters long and __ meters wide. It also can serve basically any purpose in the game, from container loading to helicopter refuelling. The ship is powered by two jet engines to maximize power output and fuel efficiency and can top out above 50 knots. The ship also features a heavy-duty crane which can be fitted with a claw, magnet or container attachment (all included). The Beluga also features 2 RHIB bays on either side of the hull. The ship itself comes with one of my 27-foot Orca inflatables on the port side.

Credit Where Credit is Due

I had a lot of help from CoolG2007 on this project. He decorated the interior. Go check out his Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCylqfbt6jzChiSDolgzJTKg
He is a very talented builder who does some great work!

Keep in mind this is my first huge project and I’ve already cut down on some features that I originally wanted. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know in the comments and I will take them into consideration for my next build.

I’ve made a video explaining all the features of this vessel, you can watch it at the link below:

Startup:
  1. Power up left/port console
  2. Turn on both fuel pumps
  3. Set both desired RPS on the keypad to a value between 0-20 (I usually start with 10)
  4. Turn on both compressors
  5. After engines exceed 0.5 RPS turn off the compressors
  6. Go to the center console and power it up
  7. Nudge the throttle lever to 0.5 (this is 10 RPS)
  8. Go back to the left/port console and switch both engines to captain
  9. To use thrusters link any keypad to any thruster (do not link more than one keypad to one thruster)
  10. Done!
