–More morale to the units–

–Recruitment costs changed(better units are more costly)–

–Generals have 0 upkeep–

–2 more hitpoints to generals/1 general star–

*Right now its working only on standard 270BC campaign and on remastered unit balance*

Issues:
– defense siege battles are not working
