more hero skills without active ver1.9 added chinese language
This mod adds several new skills to the game. Please note that the AI will also have access to those skills in order for the mod to be balanced although its priority will be low.

Due to the high number of skills and the steep cost in skill points for some of them, the "increase skill points by level" mod from puninokp is recommended but not required.
Add Tiers 4 (8 skill points) and 5 (10 skill points) of the following vanilla skills:
– Vitality
– Ranged Specialist
– Close Quarters Specialist
– Dead Eye
Armor 1 to 3 (Respectively 2, 4 and 6 skill points)
Each tier add 1 armor to the hero.
Shield 1 to 3 (Respectively 2, 4 and 6 skill points)
Each tier add 1 shield to the hero.
Life Steal 1 to 3 (Respectively 2, 4 and 6 skill points)
Heals 2 to 6 hp per hit (depending on tier) on non-Ethereal unit with any weapons.
Arc Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Arc resistance.
Bio Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Bio resistance.
Kinetic Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Kinetic resistance.
Psychic Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Psychic resistance.
Thermal Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Thermal resistance.
Entropy Resistance 1 and 2 (Respectively 1 and 3 skill points)
Each level the Hero gains 2 Thermal resistance.
Air Support (10 skill points, level 15 required)
Summon 1 weak air unit every tactical turn. Summoned units deal only 30% damage and only live 2 turn.
Song of Swiftness (5 skill points, level 6 required)
All allies gain 15% Evasion rate and high mobility in combat.
Regeneration (3 skill points, no level required)
The hero recovers 15% hp each turn.
Invigorating Aura (4 skill points, no level required)
Every units in the hero’s army gains 10 hp. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Stalwart Aura (4 skill points, no level required)
Every unit in the hero’s army gains +1 armor and +1 shield. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Aura of Accuracy (4 skill points, no level required)
Every unit in the hero’s army gains 10% accuracy. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Evasive Action (4 skill points, no level required)
Every units in the hero’s army gain 10% evasion. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Critical Aura (5 skill points, level 8 required)
Every unit in the hero’s army gain +10% critical chance. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Aura of The Falcon (6 skill points, no level required)
Every units in the hero’s army gain Fast Movement. Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
Aura of Farsight (8 skill points, level 14 required)
The maximum range of every unit in the hero’s army increases by 1 (not applicable for melee weapons). Only functions when the hero is the army’s commander.
High Morale Aura (4 skill points, no level required)
Units close to the hero gain 400 morale.
Ignore Overwatch (2 skill points, no level required)
The hero ignores overwatch.

The hero morale increases by 300.
Maximum Range Increase
The hero maximum range increases by 1 (not applicable for melee weapons).
Bounty hunter (5 skill points, no level required)
Gain energy resource from killed unit by this hero.
The amount of energy is proportional to the tier
Scholar (5 skill points, no level required)
The hero gain extra 30% exp bonus from all resources
Legend Archaeologist (10 skill points, 15 level required , Need 3 level of Archaeologist skill for unlock )
The hero that one of Legend Archaeologist can gain additional cosmite, influence and tech reward.
Reduce survey time and increase rewards amount.
