Buildable Sapper
Allows you to build the Dvar Sapper by building the Specialist Barracks in Dvar cities.
I know Melvin Junko was making mods that allowed you to build the Tactical Summons but since they haven’t posted one for the Sapper yet and it’s been almost a month since the last one, I thought I’d try to do it myself and share for anyone interested.
Also I’ve never modded before so do tell me if you notice any bugs.
