Alternative/Mission nation names

Description:

This mod changes the names of some countries depending on mission completions, the only three nations I have implemented this for so far are:

England > Angevin Empire
Crusader states > Latin Empire
Hisn Kayfa > Ayyubids.

Please give me suggestions on other name changes you think would be relevant and which mission they would best be attached to.

This mod is not ironman compatible.
