– Religious Zeal changed from -100 to -5
– Uncontrolled cores no longer lose prestige
– Diplomatic annexation autonomy changed from 60 to 40
– Disinherit cost reduced to 30 prestige
– Able to disinherit at -20 prestige
– Change rival cost removed
– Religion Enforced Policy changed from 90% reformation resistance to 100%
– More Governing Capacity Added to ADM Tech
