LB&SCR L Class 4-6-4T/L2 Class 4-6-0
This mod contains two locomotives – the LB&SCR L Class 4-6-4 Tank designed by Lawson Billinton, as well as the fictional ‘L2’ class, which was a proposed design by Billinton. When the first two engines of the L Class were ordered, one was a 4-6-4 tank engine, and the other was a 4-6-0 tender engine – however, shortly after the delivery of the 4-6-4T the order for the tender engine was changed to a tank engine as well. The L2 Class in this mod is essentially a hypothetical engine based on if delivery of that tender engine had succeeded, or been deemed necessary to suit the LB&SCR’s needs.
