Description:

Romulan V-44 Reprisal Class Battlecruiser. Klingons having once been allies of the Romulans traded several D7 type battlecruisers for Romulan cloaking technology. It was this trade that eventaully led to their alliance disolving due to distrust. TOS canon design.
