1. Subscribe to this mod.
2. Enable the mod in the launcher.

• Provides stable FPS and less visual clutter on the campaign map caused by particle clouds.
• Personal testing resulted in going from sub 40 FPS at times to a fairly stable ~55 FPS.

This is simply a re-upload and game version compatibility fix.
