Type 1-447C33 redbrick
Red brick variant of the Type 1-447C33 apartment building, initially posted by Comrades Gerbilskij and Pashka2125, reproduced with permission.
It requires less asphalt and concrete, and more bricks, for construction. Apartment quality lowered at 80 percent to reflect the older feel.
Added the shorter 1-447C36 version as well.
