Tier 5 Bretonnia Infrastructure
Now Bretonnian building will be upgradeable to tier 5, even though there’s some missing tier 1, it’s decided that it will not be added for the Bretonnian, thus the lack of Tier 1 Mills, Storage and Inns.
Tier 4 and 5 Farm/Mills/Industry/Storage building doesn’t need a respective building requirement to be built, there’s no explanation other than I’m too lazy to add it.
