Before you can start creating materials, you need to make the necessary research.
All materials are produced at one crafting station using the Science skill.
Recipes do not affect the Artifact System and the price of research materials.
Research:
Data analysis
Requirement: Tech. Level 3, 6 Science books.
Unlocks the construction of the CAD Research Bench and the creation of common Science books on it, as well as material for them.
Ancient Science Books
Requirement: Tech. Level 4, 6 Science books, 3 Ancient science books
Unlocks the creation of Ancient science books.
Engineering research
Requirement: Tech. Level 5, 6 Science books, 3 Ancient science books, 1 Engineering research
Unlocks the creation of Engineering research.
AI Cores
Requirement: Tech. Level 6, 4 Ancient science books, 1 AI Core
Unlocks the creation of AI Cores.
Recipes:
Parchment = 1 Water + 1 Fabric
Science Book = 1 Parchment + 1 Leather
Ancient Science Book = 10 Science Books
Engineering Research = 10 Science Books + 1 Ancient Science Book
AI core = 3 CPU + 30 Electrical Components
