Vortex ritual requirements x999

This mod changes the required ressources to start Vortex rituals for each faction by the factor x999, which effectivly stops the race for the Vortex due to the insane amount of ressources required.
It works on existing savegames. Applying or removing the mod will change the ressource requirements to start a ritual accordingly, so rituals can still be completed later on
This works for alle 4 ritual factions and their respective ressources (Scrolls of Hekarti, Way-Fragments, Ancient Plaques and Wapstones)
The new ressource requirements are as follows:
Ritual 1: 350 -> 349650
Ritual 2: 1060 -> 1058940
Ritual 3: 2040 -> 2037960
Ritual 4: 3325 -> 3321675
Ritual 5: 5000 -> 4995000
