Firstly, the amount of construction equipment. You can use more than 30 pieces of equipment! You can send a couple of dump trucks for gravel and still have a dozen excavators. But a helicopter can deliver your equipment faster than any flatbed truck.
The bases of construction equipment differ in that you can use helicopters and do without them. You can connect pipelines to supply fuel, or build a small base somewhere among the forest, from which the development of your republic will begin. You have five different bases to choose from. Update!!!!!!!! (23.09.21)
Added two new bases, without helipads. Changed the construction of provincial bases of construction equipment, removed any resources, only workdays (you only need equipment and workers). Also, provincial sites should work without electricity (the equipment will not refuel, the message that electricity is required will remain). The cost of sites where there is a concrete pavement has actually remained the same, but it is quite justified to have such a site in your republic. The fire at the sites has been corrected, but it hasn’t really worked out yet, let me know if there are any errors.
