INGSOC People’s Forums Hall
This is a "conventions hall" to celebrate socialist forums to engage the loyalty of the citizens, extending the Cultural Revolution. It fulfills the same functions as a cinema or a theater, but with a political and partisan purpose.
The name INGSOC is a small tribute to the classic novel "1984", which was inspired by "We" by the Russian writer Yevgueni Zamiatin.
It was little bit hard for me making this mod, so I documented the process and recorded a tutorial on how I did it. Its in Spanish (my language), but its also prepared so that it can be viewed with subtitles in any language through YouTube:
