Description:

This mod adds Stance abilities to your organic soldiers:
Rush
0 AP to enter
1 AP to leave
-5 will/turn
+50% mobility
+50% detection radius
-10 aim
-10 hacking
-10 psi offense

Focus
0 AP to enter
1 AP to leave
-4 will/turn
+20 aim
+20 crit chance
+20 psi offense
+20 hacking
-30% mobility
-20 defense

Guard
0 AP to enter
1 AP to leave
-3 will/turn
+10 aim
+20 defense
-50% crit chance
-30% mobility

All of the stances are configurable, and you may add or remove stances at will.
If you add stances in the ini, don’t forget to add them to the localization file as well.
