Dev Related Changes
A mod to change things related to development, meant for my dev mods but can be used without if you want.
Changes max dev for diplo vassalization from 100 to 300,
Changes max dev for a march to keep its bonuses from 200 to 900,
Changes cost for diplomatic integration from 8 -> 7 per development
Changes AI max dev in a province from 10/2* dev whichever is higher to 30/4* dev whichever is higher
Subject Nation Dev Modifier from +50% to 0%
Primitive Nation Dev Modifier from +50% to +10%
