Voltaire’s buildings Expanded
Voltaire’s nightmare adds a bunch of different buildings but you don’t have building slots to use them. This mod fixes that. The max building limit has been increased from 12 to 16, buildings unlock every 5 development and government cap buildings no longer take a building slot with the state house being no longer a manufactory. The later part is mostly to reduce micro late game.
