Description:

The latest addition to the Air Sawyer fleet is the CS640 "Heron" turboprop aircraft. The aircraft will supplement the VCT-11 "Atoll". The Heron is designed to carry both cargo and passengers, and features a rear loading ramp and kneeling landing gear to make loading cargo easy. In its current configuration the Heron is able to carry 18 passengers.

Procedures:

Startup:
-Battery 1 and 2 ON
-Avionics ON
-Lights SET AS DESIRED
-Fuel Pumps ON
-Engine select switch STARBOARD
-Hold engine start switch until engine ignites
-Engine select switch PORT
-Hold engine start switch until engine ignites
-Generators ON

Takeoff:
-Parking Brake RELEASE
-Flaps SET AS DESIRED
-Throttle FULL
IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETRACT LANDING GEAR ABOVE 0.85 THROTTLE!

Autopilot:
Use the keypad at the circuit breaker panel to set altitude and gps coordinates, then flip the autopilot and heading hold switches on the main panel.
