The de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter is a Canadian 19-passenger STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) utility aircraft developed by de Havilland Canada and currently produced by Viking Air. The DHC-6 Twin Otter, a remake of MrNJersey’s "Twin Otter", is one of the most versatile aircraft operating across the Sawyer Isles and the Arctic. From the original, this has received a full avionics package upgrade, two turboprop engines as its new powerplant, slightly more realistic constant-speed prop mechanics, and working floats. This civilian model, rescue version available here , is operated by Wilderness Seaplanes. Commuting passengers all across the southern islands, there is no place this amphibious Twin Otter cannot operate.
