Realistic Animated Water Mod
This mod include 4 animated wave blocks 15×15
One of them have 1x1x1 collision for custom usage.
You will also need to make timer and logic gate set to turn it on/off every 1.2 seconds:

ATTENTION! [ For Advanced users ONLY]
For this mod to work as in screenshot, you need to edit partmaterials.json
To do that:
1. Go to SM Dir>Data>Objects>Materials open partmaterials.json
2. Scroll to bottom and search for "Glass", there will be 3 parts of it, with "defines": [],
3. Replace them with "defines": ["POSE_0_ANIM"], and last one replace with "defines": [ "ENV_MAP","POSE_0_ANIM"],
4. Open mod file on steam workshop local files folder:

5. Replace PoseAnimDifAsgNor with Glass
Note: It will disable glass effect for rest of objects ( beside blocks ), but water will work and look as in these screenshots
