I have seen people just saying. ‘(something) not working’ without any of description. you should know we are not sharing your screen and mod list.
So plz contain the information when you reports.
1. Faction(you and enemy)
2. Situation (ex – won the battle, lose the battle, occupied…. kinds)
3. Detailed bug information (make clear enough to understand even people who don’t know well)
4.(optional) heavy mods that you are using – aka OvN, Radious, SFO
I have seen many reporting but I couldn’t figure out what is the problem actually cuz most are lack of information. Now, I will ignore if people just throw ‘brief information’. I don’t have nice time to guess the ‘this is not working’.
