Russian Republic
This is the mod, that allows to play Novgorod and form Russia without losing the republic government form and presents an alternative evolution of political thought in Russia as if it had been united not by the Muscovite Principality, but by the Novgorod Republic.
Features:
1. New 3 factions: Pomeshchiki, Kuptsy and Promyshleniki.
2. New reforms: "Russian Republic" (tier 1), and "Duma" and "Strengthen the Grand Knyaz" (the last two are mutually exclusive, tier 5)
3. Modified Russian ideas (buff to improving relations instead of +1 legitimacy per year)

Future plans:
Add new events for Republican Russia, as it is now for Tsardom.
