Description:
A railway carriage used specifically for driving Class-U 2100N locomotives via radio control from a central location in a train. Also with weapons and gear lockers and some additional empty storage space on board.
The carriage is fitted with a medium electric motor that can be turned on via a control panel next to the forward-facing door. The percentage of the locomotive’s throttle to use can be set on the keypad.
Controlling locomotives from the command carriage:
-Turn on both transmit and receive radios in the locomotive(s) and set a different frequency for each.
-Flip the remote control switch on the locomotive(s).
-Turn on both transmit and receive radios in the command carriage.
-Tune in the receive radio to the same frequency as the locomotive’s transmit radio.
-Tune in the transmit radio to the same frequency as the locomotive’s receive radio.
