[Rep] Some Alphabirth Items

This is a small compilation of 18 items (and 1 trinket) from the original Alphabirth packs.
This pack works in Repentance and includes AlphaAPI, so you don’t have to subscribe to any additional mods. It doesn’t include any of Alphabirth’s characters, challenges, monsters or pickups.
The items in this mod have been updated to have their EID descriptions, quality, and other little tweaks and fixes. For example, Judas’ Fez now actually uses Book of Belial instead of a Devil card; Bionic Arm starts with no charge and creates an actual Mama Mega explosion instead of just dealing damage to enemies (which didn’t look cool enough); Subconscious and Lil Alastor now have sound effects; Miniature Meteor comes with a new costume, just like Entropy, that used to make any character’s face the default skin colour. There are also some tiny balance changes that are supposed to buff/nerf a couple of the less balanced items.
To answer all of the questions about porting more stuff from Alphabirth:
The chances of me doing this are very slim. My goal was only to compile several items that I find fun/interesting, so I probably won’t bother with the rest of the collectibles, or stuff like characters, monsters, etc. That said, I might add 2-3 more items in the future if I figure out how to make them work in Repentance.
Also, fair warning, this mod has never been tested in co-op.
