Claim Non-Residential Buildings

This is a mod intended to circumvent the programming that prevents players from claiming non-residential zones.
With this installed on the server & clients, players will be able to claim any building, even if it’s not tagged as residential. This means any player can claim any building that isn’t marked as a spawn zone.
I do not reccomend this for large public servers with player claiming turned on. My suggestion is that you only use it for private whitelists/friends only servers wherein people will police themselves and each other for what is a fair claim.
Alternatively, use it on large public servers that have active management teams which can decide what is fair for any single person or faction to claim. Otherwise you might end up with random players claiming entire malls, etc.

Please understand I didn’t code this. Even if I did code it, 100% of all issues mentioned so far have been relating to server settings, not enabling the mod, trying to use it on a server that doesn’t also have it, or just asking for new features. I did go through the effort of formatting it for workshop, but the code, as of this moment, is still technically 100% belonging to the abovenamed user.
