Description:

UPDATED TO 1.9 (Tours & Tournaments)

FORMERLY "Salt n’ Pepper"
New version features:
Brought back and integrated my old matched body hair colors mod. This adds a new gene "gene_body_hair_color" which controls if the character’s body hair should have the same color as their hair, or be darker like in vanilla. Which means you will now sometimes see ginger characters with red, brown or even black eyebrows.

Clothes decay.
Completely procedural clothes decay system compatible with all attachments including modded ones with no changes required.

Indebted ruler outfits will gradually get dirtier and more worn (Up to maximum of -200 gold where the clothes are in tatters)
Ruler’s unlanded spouses and courtiers outfits will also get decays, provided they don’t have enough of their own gold to afford clean clothes)
Prisoners clothes will be dirtier than normal, as well as characters who have taken the vow of poverty.

UPDATED TO 1.7.2 – FIXED MAC/LINUX SUPPORT

Compatible with CFP, and is usually integrated into EPE.

This mod improves and adds variety to the way characters age by introducing a salt n’ pepper effect that gradually grows as characters age. In vanilla the characters hair colour simply fades to grey with age. This is a completely dynamic effect that will vary from character to character, at it’s strongest characters will start getting small streaks of grey at the age of 20 or so, and at it’s weakest characters will age just like in vanilla.

hair_aging gene has 3 templates, "vanilla_hair_aging", "late_hair_aging" and "no_hair_aging".
"vanilla_hair_aging" gradually turns characters hair grey same way as vanilla. (low contrast)

"late_hair_aging" gradually turns characters hair grey a bit later in their life than vanilla. (Medium contrast)

"no_hair_aging" does not gradually fade characters hair to grey, it applies salt and pepper effect ONLY. (Highest contrast)

For all of them the gene strength slider controls how early the salt n pepper hair effect kicks in 0% meaning it never applies salt n pepper hair, 100% start to apply the effect in characters 20s.

So using "vanilla_hair_aging" template with gene strength set at 0% will keep character’s hair aging exactly the same as vanilla.

Using "no_hair_aging" and strength slider at 100% will make the character have salt and pepper hair effect in his 20’s that gradually gets stronger, but the base hair colour will remain the same which results in very high contrast hair.

Using "no_hair_aging" and strength slider at 0% will result in characters hair never aging.

This can be made compatible with most other mods with small tweaks to the common/ethnicityies/00_ethnicities_templates.txt file.
