Dukes Have A Royal Court!
Very Simply Put, this mod changes the defines file to allow Duchy level characters to own a Royal Court! No more Angria without a court, owning all of Bohemia as the Duke and have no diplomatic court to sit in!

Compatibility
– This mod changes a single line in the defines called "MIN_ROYAL_COURT_TIER’, will be compatiblie with anyone who doesn’t change this specific define, I have my own file as to not overwrite vanilla, so this will be compatibile with anyone who doesn’t change that exact key.
