A Compatibility patch to fix the Bald and potentially naked Asians in Asia Extended when trying to use CFP.

THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH ETHNICITES PORTRAITS EXPANDED
For it to work with EPE you need an additional compatibility patch on top of this one
