Historic Colonization

Historic Colonization is an attempt to help the AI follow a more historic route and timeline when colonizing, while not completely railroading colonization altogether –
* Colonization is restricted to the historic European colonizers (England/Great Britain, France, Holland/Netherlands, Castile/Spain, Portugal, Denmark, and Sweden) – no more Egyptian Australia
* Colonizers are restricted to their historic colonized areas – no more English Mexico
* Colonizers follow a more accurate historical timeline, no colonial Alaska in 1550 or Australia in 1600
* Colonial Nations will never colonize outside their own colonial region
* This has nothing to do with colonization but is something I really like, I’ve added in a diplomatic action to "force union" on a vassal, which forcibly converts a vassal into a personal union, although there are some temporary penalties.
* You can also seize land from a PU as you can do with Vassals.
