Peasant Province
This small mod extends all the peasant building effects from a single region to the whole province in which the buildings are constructed. Specifically, the mod:
Extends the area of improved replenishment to the whole province.
Extends the peasant recruitment advantages to the whole province.
In so doing, this allows stacking the benefits of reduced recruitment cost (yin) and improved experience rank (yang).
Peasants deserve the right to visit their cousins, friends, and teachers in other regions and spread the benefits to the entire Empire of Cathay. A liberated Cathay is a stronger Cathay.
