2x Skill Points – Max Rank 60

This mod adjusts how many skill points both Lords and Heroes gain per rank and increases rank to 60.

Added skill dump skill named Excess Training, which is located in the upper right corner, that is used for surplus skill points. This skill gives +1% Winds of Magic Power Reserve when Increasing, +1% Weapon Strength and +1% Missile Strength for each level (max +50%). AI priority skill choosing to be lowest possible for the skill dump and required level of 20.

Total number of skill points is doubled for Lords and Heroes:
Lords/Heroes:

• 2 points per level, total of 118 skill points
