Perfect Harmony
Description
Changes the harmony threshold to be between 9999 and -9999. Bonuses for having balanced yin and yang should always be active, regardless of what you choose to build or recruit.
No effect on the harmony mechanic during battles, you’ll still need to keep your units close together.
