Description:

Tired of the Dwarves finding mutual long-standing peace with Skaven and the Greenskins, their most hated and mortal enemies? Maybe you’re not comfortable with the idea of the Dark Elves allying themselves with their High Elf kin? Fear not, this mod is for you!

This is an update of my popular Warhammer II Loreful Diplomacy mod. The changes contained in this mod have been made to better fit the game within my own interpretation as to how the Warhammer Fantasy world works. Hopefully it also scratches the itch for some of you out there too!

What does this mod do? It modifies the diplomatic actions a faction, or culture, can make.
For example, the Empire culture is incapable of sending ‘Non Aggression Pacts’ to any number of the Skaven culture group. The Dwarven culture group cannot invite Skaven, Greenskins or the Vampire Coast in to one of their wars. Beastmen will only ally themselves with fellow Children of Chaos (Skaven, also!), Chaos, Greenskins and Norsca. There have been sweeping changes made to all cultures and factions, specific details can be found in the pinned thread in the discussion board.

As a new addition to the mod for Warhammer III, I have also made minor amendments to the cultural_relations table. The Ogre Kingdoms, for example, no longer have a bizaare -40 aversion with every other faction. Their relations have been normalised at ‘0’ with every cultural group, except for Chaos, and the Children of Chaos. I have made further amendments in a similar manner for my Warhammer II mod, but I am yet to port these over to Warhammer III. I will do so when we come nearer to the ‘Immortal Empires’ release.

Save friendly, feel free to enable/disable during a campaign.

If you have any suggestions for future updates, please do comment and let me know. I am particularly interested in making small adjustments for factions within a culture, whereby they buck the trend and go against their encompassing culture (eg; Morathi and the Dark Elves, or Azhag and the Undead).

Enjoy!
