ENGLAND (WINSTON CHURCHILL)

Trait: Finest Hour
+25% Production towards Air and Naval Units, and these Units fight at full strength even when damaged. This bonus is doubled during an active War. Gains the Spitfire unique unit when they research the Radio technology.

Unit: Spitfire
English unique Modern era unit that replaces the Fighter when Churchill is their leader. Has +5 Combat Strength when fighting in or adjacent to its home territory. Heals 10 damage after defeating an opponent. Unlocks earlier, at Radio.

Agenda: Never Surrender
Never gives up items in a peace deal, and tries to build as large an Airforce as possible. Prefers civilizations with smaller airfoces. Feels threatened by civilizations with more airpower than him.
