Eevi’s spell overhaul fix and nerf for Gelt
This is a simple modification of Eevi’s Legendary Lord Spell overhaul that lowers the offensive capabilities of Gelts spells to be a bit more inline with vanilla but still more potent than generic lore of metal.
This mod also removes the changes to the other caster lord and leaves them as vanilla.
