SP GP40X
This is a SP GP40X diesel locomotive. Its a reskin of Yeast Cheese’s EMD GP40X mod so I am not taking credit for anything but the reskin. GO check out Yeast Chesse for Many more great mods!
The Southern Pacific Railroad ordered 4 of these GP40X’s in February of 1978, which they used untill the mid 1990’s. Later they were sold to Locomotive leasing company’s and I believe a couple can be found on a shortline railroad back east.
