I present to your attention a series of panel houses KPD-4570-81. Residential houses of this series were built in the territory of the former Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact countries from 1970 to 1990. They were designed by the First Central Military Design Institute of the Ministry of Defense.

The package includes the following designs:

• KPD-4570-81_45 Three-section house series KPD-4570-81. Accommodates 89 tenants, quality of housing 80;
  
• KPD-4570-81_75 Five-section house of series KPD-4570-81. Accommodates 148 residents, quality of housing 80.
