Robocop Voicepack
Police officer Alexander "Alex" Murphy wanted to serve the public. Thus he joined Advent’s new program, not knowing it was just a trap to get new obedient slaves for their army. When he received his first orders to attack innocent people, by sheer will he overcame his programming and started attacking Advent any time they wanted to hurt innocents.
Joining the Xcom was the natural progression.

He’s a cop, so many of his lines are police-themed, like "freeze" or "hands up"
But nothing that wouldn’t fit Xcom universe
WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted
So, I’ve updated MK11 voicepack with lines from Robocop: Rogue City and its DLC-turned-sequel. Note, while in MK11 he didn’t had additional voice-effect, in Rogue City they’ve given him a bit of "robotic" effect – nothing big, but it’s there.
Some actual Robocop clothing here.
Highly recommended to subscribe to Voice Patcher so more attacks will get audio.
