Immortal Hearts are back and better than ever! Bring a new challenge to the health bar, do you have the skill to preserve the heart?

———————— 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 ———————–

Holy heart that automatically regenerates upon completing a room in which the player received damage
- Invincibility frames = 20
- How to collect:
  - Has a 20% chance to replace Eternal Hearts
  - Act of Contrition gives 1 Immortal Heart on pickup
- Sumptorium synergy
  - Spawns an Immortal Clot
    - 6-18 HP
    - Heals itself and other Clots after completing a room
- Bethany synergy
  - Spawns a unique, white Wisp after activating Book of Virtues
    - Shoots spectral/shielded tears
    - Heals itself and other Wisps after completing a room
