Invisigibs
A quality of life mod that makes the "gibs" spawned by various enemies and tear effects invisible. This makes it much easier to see the floor after killing a lot of enemies and also just makes the floor look cleaner in general. Do note, the gib entities are still there, so this won’t solve any lag problems.
