Adds Wales. Requires an alternate leader to use.

Trait: The Mabinogion
Earns Great Writer Points from kills; doubled in owned lands. Each level of Walls has a slot for a Great Work of Writing.

District: Caer
A standalone district unique to Wales for defense. It acquires Walls and a Ranged Strike alongside the City Centre. +2 Housing, and +1 Production from adjacent Pastures. Unlocks the unique Eisteddfod project, which yields Culture and Gold when underway and produces Great General and Great Writer points when completed.

Unit: Saethwyr
Welsh unique Medieval era ranged unit that replaces the Crossbowman. Has an additional Range but is weaker in defense and costs more to train. Is unlocked earlier, at Construction.

Requires Rise and Fall. Vanilla may be available in the Links below. Don’t bother asking for a Vanilla-compatible version; if it doesn’t exist already, there won’t be one.
