- Grants flight
- -2 luck
- Upon spawning, monsters have a 25% chance to contain 1-3 pennies
  - Keeper = 16.5% chance to contain 1-2 pennies
  - Tainted Keeper = 12.5% chance to contain 1 penny
    - Damage the monsters to extract the pennies!
    - The pennies disappear after 3 seconds

Synergies
- Mr. Boom = Bombs have a 33% chance to drop alongside pennies
- Dad’s Key = Keys have a 33% chance to drop alongside pennies
