"Nikto" (voiced by Gideon Emery) as featured in Modern Warfare (2019)/Warzone, former FSB deep cover agent captured and badly tortured at the hands of infamous terrorist Victor Zakhaev, then later reassigned to Spetsnaz some time after recovery. 520+ lines with an applied radio effect.
